Mark understands from personal experience that no one is immune to hardship, and his goal is to provide a dedicated resource for individuals and couples whose lives have been impacted by difficult circumstances.
His practice focuses on developing practical skills and fostering healing for those dealing with loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life-controlling issues. He holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and has professional experience with First Light in St. Louis. Additionally, Mark is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
