About Martha
Martha received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has served as a Christian counselor since 2003 and a supervisor to students and Provisionally Licensed Counselors since 2006. She desires to journey with others through their stories in order to bring hope, healing, and restoration. She has completed 120 extra hours of training in trauma by the Global Trauma Recovery Institute and completed Effective Trauma Care by the Allender Center. She has also provided trauma counseling, seminars, and consultation internationally and has a heart for using counseling in missions and international contexts. Martha enjoys playing piano and guitar, yoga, being active outdoors, and traveling. She also loves playing with her two boys and being with family and friends. Martha counsels individuals, couples, teens, and families at the St. Charles office.
