Change is possible—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can be a place to make sense of it and start moving forward in a way that actually fits who you are.
I work with teens and adults, and I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps people process and heal from difficult experiences rather than just manage symptoms. My work is also informed by approaches like ACT and parts-based work, which means we won’t just talk about problems—we’ll work toward real, meaningful change.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. You’re not a problem to be fixed—you’re a person with a story. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, understand the patterns underneath it, and help you reconnect with your strengths, values, and direction.
Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what’s next. My role is to be a steady, thoughtful, and honest presence—someone who will challenge you when needed, support you when it’s hard, and help you build something more sustainable than just “getting through.”
If you’re looking for a therapist who is grounded, curious, and genuinely invested in your growth, I’d be glad to connect.
