About Jenny

The monotony of life can feel endless. It may seem like you’ve spent years working towards a singular goal only to reach it with yet another task at the end, but no real sense of satisfaction. Thoughts of “not enough” or “too much” may hijack your mind. Perhaps you have found yourself grasping for anything - food, sex, drugs, money, success, a social media presence, you name it - hoping to drown out the emptiness you feel. In the end, it only intensifies the void. This repeated disappointment can lead to exhaustion, depression, anxiety, addiction, stuckness, or feelings of defeat. We are meant for so much more.

Having experienced healing and growth on my own journey, I invite you to explore your story with me to better understand how your life experiences have contributed to the confusion and dissatisfaction you may feel. It is my desire to guide you towards a better understanding of how your story shapes your beliefs to help you gain a truer sense of your worth, and to enable you to live in freedom and confidence.

The decision to entrust another person with your story can be scary, and the process takes time. But it is courageous, and can mean the difference between merely doing the tasks of life and fully experiencing life with all of its joys and disappointments. It would be my privilege to encourage you as you discover genuine healing and flourishing.

I hold an MAC from Covenant Seminary and am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor under the supervision of Martha Ankney, MAC, LPC. I enjoy working with all adults who feel the dissatisfaction that often accompanies life. I have a passion for bi-cultural individuals and those who may feel they are more mature in age.

In addition to counseling, I work as a graphic designer. I am a lifelong traveler and enjoy staying physically active. My creative endeavors are constantly evolving, but currently I can be found rediscovering watercolors and sewing flowy outfits.
